To promote experiential learning and impart practical education skills with fun in a more formal environment, Birla Public School, Kishangarh organised an educational trip to Power Loom Factory at Kishangarh for the students of grades VI and VIII wherein they learnt about the process of textile manufacturing. They perceived the function of looms to make fabric by weaving yarn or thread. The processes of sizing, attaching the warp, weft winding etc. were also explained to the students by the manager of the loom. The visit served its purpose of making the students aware of the production of high-quality fabrics.
