“Life is a credit given by the almighty, which is to be returned one day”

As we know that, “Credit” is a sum that is borrowed for deriving multiple benefits, some utilize it optimally and multiply their earnings and some fail to do so. Those who use it properly enjoy surplus and those who misuse it suffer loss and deficit.

Although LIFE is a word having multiple meanings and is very intriguing but being an Economist, I compare the ‘LIFE’ as a credit. As credit is borrowed, life is also borrowed from the god, as credit is to be returned, life is also to be returned, and if credit is utilized properly it provides surplus. In the same way, if life is utilized properly it gives wealth, recognition, satisfaction, peace, harmony and happiness. In case credit is misused, it leads to suffering, and in same way life is misused it also leads to suffering. Our life is indebted to many like family, friends, Society, nature, and god. So, it becomes important to fulfill our indebtedness and liabilities towards all these stakeholders of our life. So, we need to maximize the benefits derived from life before returning it and how the gains and benefits can be maximized is subjective and based on the potential, capabilities, and desire of the individual. Life has the potential to vanish its darkness if the things are taken positively.

Life can also be illustrated as-  L= Live, I= Independently, F= For your, E= Existence. 

Life is generally dependent on others views, motivations and lifestyles for its existence. We do not live for ourselves but we live for others, we try to imitate others and loose our identity and fundamentals, and we are busy fulfilling others’ dreams instead of accomplishing our passion. Our life has become a race without any definite path and control. Instead of being dependent on others’ thoughts, behaviors, and compulsions, it should be independent and lived for one’s own passion, dreams, and existence. Rather than rushing like a crowd, and being afraid of failure, it must have its own definite and predetermined path which moves towards the desired destination. Success and failures are the two components that derive motivation and teach lessons that are crucial for life. It provides enormous experience and each experience is a lesson for those who come by it. Some intend to learn from their experiences while others tend to ignore it and the experiences give purpose to life. Our life should be free of demonstrations and show off, it should be real and practical, it should be intended towards chasing your dreams with utmost ethics.

We should try to live our lives with joy, satisfaction, and harmony to provide a purposeful and happy ending. It is a one time credit that has to be utilized properly before it exhausts.
