To gauge the awareness quotient of the students towards the global issues, Birla International School organised an Inter Class Pin Board Competition on the theme, Reason and Consequences of Moscow- KYIV Conflict for the classes V to XII. The students shared their pool of knowledge and information on the current blazing subject, its reasons, its worldwide impact, and all-inclusive consequences in the upcoming years through an array of posters, realistic pictures, paintings, newspaper cuttings etc. The core aim of the competition was not only to trigger the thought process and observation skills of the students but to make them realise the spirit of teamwork and their concern towards such burning issues. The boards of all the classes were adjudged on creativity, content, presentation, neatness, and timely completion. Grade VII was declared the winner from category1 Grade V to VIII, whereas from category 2- Grade IX -X, grade IX stood first. The Principal, Mr. Sourabh Guha, appreciated the relentless efforts of the students and motivated them to read newspapers and magazines to keep themselves updated and enhance their personality, skills and knowledge.
