COVID-19 has changed our daily lives,  all small-scale industries have been affected. Our Health Care System struggled to cope up with the sudden increase in the number of patients in hospitals. Another industry that has suffered much because of this pandemic is Education. Due to this pandemic schools and colleges have remained closed since the government declared lockdown. The pandemic poses a unique problem for parents and institutions alike. Since we know that this virus spreads through human contact that’s why schools and colleges have remained closed and many parents and institutions fear that millions of students are losing precious time and they are dependent on mobile, laptops, and other types of screens. The life of a child is restricted to home only.

COVID-19 situation has made teachers innovative, digitally creative to counter this problem. That’s why many schools and colleges have started using online teaching to teach students and continue their academic sessions. Because of this pandemic, many people have lost their hope but on the other side some people used this time of lockdown to develop new skills through online courses and these skills are also helping to conduct online teaching in a better way.

There are so many benefits of online teaching like digital media. Teachers can connect with students from all over the globe, digital learning can help students and professionals alike in getting a quality education and it also helps students to develop crucial organizational skills.

To sum up, the pandemic has affected the education industry to a great extent . What we need to think about is that how quickly and efficiently we adapt to the technology to up skills and upgrade the teaching-learning process.
